
Warranty
Warranty – 2 Years + Optional 3-Year Extension
All our products include a 2-year standard warranty under EU consumer rights. Beyond this, you may purchase an extended 3-year warranty for products where this service is offered. The warranty period starts from the date of payment.
If a material or manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, we will:

Provide free replacement parts, or

Repair the product free of charge, or

Replace the product entirely (if the original model is no longer available, a successor model will be offered).
The warranty applies from the invoice date and covers only the faults described above. It does not include compensation for damages or indirect losses.
The warranty does not cover:

External parts or housing of the machine

Accessories, unless they are part of the internal structure
-
Closing mechanisms
-
Any defects resulting from misuse, improper handling, attempts at self-repair, or damage from external factors
Claim Procedure
Before determining whether the issue is covered under warranty, please contact us and return the product for inspection. You are responsible for the shipping cost and any damage during return. If the claim is approved, Hufol will cover the return shipment or arrange transport through our shipping partner.

Please note:
This warranty does not override your legal rights as a buyer under EU consumer law. Even after the warranty expires, you are always welcome to contact us if any issues arise.
